• Only once we confirm availability and send an invoice is your order considered accepted.

• We reserve the right to reject or modify orders based on stock levels or operational considerations.

3. Pricing

• All prices listed on our website are exclusive of VAT (15%) unless stated otherwise.

• VAT will be added to your final invoice.

• Pricing may change at any time without prior notice due to material costs, exchange rates, or production factors.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before invoicing.

4. Payment

• Payment instructions are provided after your order is reviewed and confirmed.

• Full payment is required before production or dispatch.

• If payment is not received within a reasonable time after confirmation, your order may be cancelled.

5. Shipping

• A flat shipping fee of R300 applies to most orders.

• For large or remote-area deliveries, additional shipping charges may apply. These will be communicated to you before invoicing.

• We use trusted third-party couriers. Once an order is dispatched, we are not liable for delivery delays or courier errors.

6. Returns & Exchanges

In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

• If a product is defective or incorrectly supplied, you may request a return within 3 business days of delivery.

• Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

• For all other returns (e.g., size or preference-related), the customer is responsible for:

  • A 10% restocking fee

  • Both outbound and return shipping costs

  • Pre written approval

• All returns must be pre-authorised in writing.

• Custom or altered items are non-returnable, unless defective or misrepresented.

7. Lead Times & Production

• Estimated production and dispatch timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.

• Lead times depend on stock, fabric availability, order size, and production capacity.

• While we aim to meet all deadlines, delays may occur. OH TWO Clothing is not liable for any consequential loss caused by delays in production or delivery.

8. Colour Variation Disclaimer

• Product colours displayed on the website are as accurate as possible.

• However, slight colour variations may occur due to different fabric dye batches or screen display settings. This is normal in textile production and does not qualify as a defect.

9. Product Images & Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including product images, graphics, layout, branding, and text, is the intellectual property of OH TWO Clothing.

• These materials are legally protected and may not be copied, downloaded, reused, or distributed without our written permission.
